Service Confirmation

Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the transaction.

Delivery of Services

• Programme registration confirmation: within 1 working day
• Digital products: within 24 hours after successful payment
• Consultation appointments: according to the scheduled booking
• Creative and branding services: based on the agreed project timeline

Estimated Delivery Time (ETA)

Most online confirmations are delivered immediately or within one (1) working day after payment verification. Project-based services follow the timeline agreed between DDEC Malaysia and the customer.
